Florida's medical marijuana program is run by the state, so most “how do I” questions end at a state website. The five links below cover the whole patient journey — here is when each one is the right tool.

Use it to create or access your patient account after certification, complete the state's application, pay the state fee, check your application status, and manage renewals. This is the state's own system — the only place your card status is authoritative.

OMMU — Patients

Use it for the state's plain-language patient rules: the qualifying conditions list, how the program works, and residency and seasonal-resident requirements. When a page on this site states a rule, this is usually the source behind it.
