Statewide evaluations are available now

You do not need a Miami office to begin. Physician evaluations are available to Miami residents through our statewide scheduling, and the state process that follows a certification is identical no matter where in Florida you live. Initial certifications require an in-person physical examination under Florida law; some renewal visits may be completed by telehealth when statutory conditions are met. We confirm the correct visit mode when you schedule.

No verified Miami office — yet. We have not verified a physical office location in Miami. Because none is confirmed, this page deliberately shows no street address, no local phone number, and no office photograph. We would rather show you nothing than show you something we cannot stand behind. When a Miami location is verified against real evidence, this page will be updated with confirmed details.

How Miami patients get certified

The path is the same three steps used statewide. First, request an evaluation and meet a Florida qualified physician — in person for a first certification. The physician alone decides whether to certify; no approval is ever promised. Second, if you are certified, the certification is entered into the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry and you complete the state's application, including the state fee. Third, the state reviews your application and issues the registry ID card on its own timeline, which no practice controls.

Where you live affects logistics, not eligibility rules. Residency documentation, the physician examination requirement, and the state card application are the same for a Miami resident as for any other Florida patient. Seasonal residents who spend at least 31 consecutive days a year in Florida may also be eligible, subject to state documentation requirements.

What we will never publish on this page

Location pages across the web are often padded with invented addresses, stock “office” claims, and phone numbers that route elsewhere. We do the opposite: until a Miami office is verified, this page makes no local-presence claim at all. No map pin, no suite number, no fake reviews, no implied walk-in availability. If you see a Miami address for this practice anywhere else before it appears here, treat it as unconfirmed.

Request your evaluation

Tell us how to reach you and we will schedule your physician evaluation. Requesting an evaluation never guarantees certification.

No diagnosis details needed to request an appointment. The state — not this practice — issues registry ID cards.
