About the practice
A compliance-first Florida certification practice.
Clear Medical Marijuana provides physician-led medical marijuana certification evaluations across Florida — built on sourced claims, dated fees, and a clear line between what the physician decides and what the state decides.

Our mission
Statewide access, compliance first
We exist to make Florida's certification process understandable and reachable for every eligible patient in the state — new patients, renewing patients, seasonal residents, and the caregivers who support them.
Access only works if it is honest. So we hold ourselves to a compliance-first publishing standard: every regulatory claim traced to an official Florida source, every fee dated, every page review-stamped, and no hype anywhere. We would rather tell you an inconvenient truth — that outcomes are never guaranteed and state timelines are not ours to control — than win a booking with a promise we cannot keep.
How we work
Physician-led. State-process transparent.
Physician-led, always
Every evaluation is performed by a Florida-licensed, state-qualified physician, and the physician alone decides whether to certify. We never promise an outcome, rush a decision, or let scheduling pressure touch a medical judgment.
State-process transparent
Two separate systems are involved in every certification — the physician and the State of Florida. We tell you plainly which steps belong to which, and we never blur the line between our evaluation fee and the state's registry fee.
Discreet by design
Our scheduling form collects contact details only — never diagnosis information or medical records. Clinical conversations happen through clinical channels, after your evaluation is scheduled.
Our review standards
How this site earns your trust
Medical-legal content decays. Rules change, fees change, and yesterday's accurate page becomes today's misinformation. Our answer is a standing review process, not a one-time edit.
Sourced claims
Every regulatory statement on this site is tied to an entry in our regulatory register: an official Florida source URL, the agency that published it, an effective date, and the date we last verified it. If we cannot source a claim, we do not publish it.
Freshness checks
A regulatory fact that has not been re-checked within 90 days is treated as stale by our review process and must be re-verified before it is relied on again. When the state changes a rule, this process is what catches it.
Dated fees and pages
Every fee we publish carries an effective date, and state fees carry a link to their official source. Every page shows the date it was last reviewed, right at the top — including this one.
Plain boundaries
What we are not
Knowing what a practice will not do tells you as much as knowing what it will.
Not a dispensary
We do not sell, dispense, or promote cannabis products, and we have no dispensary affiliation. We do not recommend strains or provide dosing advice. Purchases happen only at state-licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers, which we do not operate.
Not the state registry
The Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry is operated by the State of Florida. We cannot look up, influence, or accelerate state applications, and the state alone issues registry ID cards.
Not a source of guarantees
No diagnosis guarantees qualification, and no evaluation guarantees certification. Certification is the physician's decision; the card is the state's decision. Our job is a careful evaluation and a clear explanation of the process.

Every evaluation is performed by a Florida-licensed, state-qualified physician.
Physician-led care
Verified physicians, no shortcuts
Our physician roster is published only after each physician's Florida license and qualified-physician status are verified against the state's official search. We do not list names, photos, or credentials that have not been individually confirmed.
You can verify any qualified physician yourself — before you ever book — using the Florida Department of Health's official registry.
Request your evaluation
Tell us how to reach you and we will schedule your physician evaluation. Requesting an evaluation never guarantees certification.
No diagnosis details needed to request an appointment. The state — not this practice — issues registry ID cards.
