We offer both in-person and telehealth evaluations — the visit type you get depends on which one Florida law allows for your situation, and we confirm that with you when you schedule.

First certifications require an in-person physical examination by a qualified physician. Renewals may be completed by telehealth when the statutory conditions are met, including a prior in-person examination by the same qualified physician.

Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit.
